Chauffeur Standards
All Fast Deer chauffeurs are properly screened, licensed, and trained through:
- Background Verification: Criminal background and security checks conducted by certified agents to ensure passenger safety.
- Drug Testing Protocol: Pre-employment drug screening and participation in random testing programs as required by USDOT regulations.
- Professional Training: Comprehensive training program covering chauffeur duties, customer service excellence, safety procedures, and defensive driving skills.
- Medical Certification: Certified medical examinations as required by California, local, and federal regulations to ensure fitness for duty.
- Ongoing Oversight: Proper supervision, retraining opportunities, and disciplinary measures when appropriate to maintain service standards.
Vehicle Standards
All Fast Deer vehicles are properly licensed, safe, and commercially insured through:
- Commercial Insurance: Liability coverage meeting or exceeding requirements set by California, local, and federal regulations.
- Licensing Compliance: Proper operating permits and commercial licensing for all vehicle types in our fleet.
- Safety Inspections: Regular motor vehicle inspections as required by California, local, and federal regulations to ensure mechanical soundness.
