  1. Using Our Website

We invite you to use our website to explore transportation services, request quotes, and make bookings. All we ask is that you:

  • Use it respectfully and lawfully
  • Don’t tamper with site functionality or try to access info that’s not yours

We may update or limit site access if needed to protect our users or system.

  1. Booking a Ride

Booking with us is simple — you can reserve your ride through our website, mobile app, or by contacting our team directly. While we recommend booking in advance, we often accommodate last-minute requests (even with as little as four hours’ notice!).

Need to make a change or cancel? Just reach out as soon as possible. Policies can vary depending on the type of trip, so our team will be happy to guide you.

  1. Payments & Extra Charges

Payment is processed after your trip is completed and reviewed. In some cases, there may be extra charges for:

  • Wait times beyond the free grace period
  • Additional stops
  • Services like Meet & Greet or car seat rentals

Here’s how our wait time grace periods work:

  • Non-airport pickups: 15 minutes
  • Airport pickups: 30 minutes from gate arrival
  • FBO arrivals: 30 minutes from pickup or 15 minutes from touchdown

After that, charges apply in 15-minute blocks at your vehicle’s hourly rate.

  1. Changing Your Reservation

Plans change — we get it! If you need to modify your booking, just reach out via phone, email, text, or our mobile app. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request.

  1. Our Chauffeurs

Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. Our chauffeurs are professionally trained, friendly, and prepared to assist you. Feel free to learn more about our safety standards.

  1. Passenger Expectations

To make every ride enjoyable for all, we ask that passengers:

  • Buckle up
  • Follow your chauffeur’s instructions
  • Treat our team and vehicles with care and respect

We reserve the right to decline service in cases of unsafe or inappropriate behavior.

  1. Pets & Accessibility

We’re pet-friendly! Please let us know in advance so we can prepare. We also offer baby and child car seats upon request for a small additional fee.

  1. Delays & Disruptions

We always strive to be on time, but sometimes delays happen (weather, traffic, etc.). Rest assured, we’ll keep you informed and work quickly to find a solution. For airport pickups, we monitor flight arrivals in real-time.

  1. Lost & Found

We’re not responsible for lost items, but if you forget something in one of our vehicles, contact us right away — we’ll do our best to help recover it.
